we looking for a plastic injection moulding machine that can do the profile as the attached photos. The plastic is wrapped around a strip of fire retardant material in the middle. These strips are used to surround the edges of the fire door to prevent the spread of fire.The dimensions of the strip is 18mm (W) X 3mm (H). The thickness of the plastic material is 0.5mm thick.
